Shri. Rishi Agarwal, 40, Chairman has done MBA from Purdue University has rich experience in Shipbuilding, Ship Repairing & Shipping business.

Shri. Saket Agarwal, 42, Director, has a vast experience in Port Services, Port Development, Transportation and Detailed Engineering, Heavy Lifts & Construction activities and looking after Port Services business of the group.

Shri. R.S.Nakra, 69, a Naval Architect, is a Director of the company since its inception and has been instrumental in chartering the growth of the company. He is serving the company in the capacity of Managing Director.

Major Arun Phatak, 68, is B.Sc., M.B.A. and is serving the company as an Executive Director.

Shri. A. R Chitnis, aged 63 years, is a veteran Marine Engineer with more that thirty five years of experience. He served for eleven years in various capacities including as Chief Engineer with Scindia Steam Navigation Company and as Chief Surveyor with Indian Registrar of Shipping (IRS), the ship classification society for more than two decades. During the tenure, he has held various responsible positions ac Field/Chief Surveyor Head of Training Cell and was further instrumental in the implementation of quality management systems. He was a fellow of the Institute of Maritime Engineers (India) since its inception and President of the said institute for the term 2001-03. Further, as a member of the Indian delegation, and has attended sessions of Maritime Safety Committee of International Maritime Organisation and also participated in the working group on safety of Bulk Carriers and Maritime Security at the Solas Conference. He has further conducted a large number of QMS Audits (ISO 9000:1987, ISO 9000:1994 and ISO 9001:2000) for various Industrial Sectors.

Shri. Nainesh Jaisingh, aged 39 years Director, is the India and Financial Services Sector specialist for SCPE and has worked with the global equity investment arm of Standard Chartered since 2000. Prior to this, Nainesh worked for more than 10 years in ANZ Investment bank and ANZ Grindlays, in both investment banking and commercial banking roles. Nainesh has made and managed successful investments in the Financial Services Software sector in Singapore and India. Nainesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Shri. Shahzaad Dalal, aged 47 years, Director, is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited. He is a Management Graduate with over 20 years of experience. He is on the Board of various IL&FS Group Companies such as IL&FS Asset Management Limited, IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited, Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited. He was responsible for the overall planning and raising of resources for finance for Infrastructure Leasing & Financing Services Limited (IL&FS) sponsored infrastructure projects. Prior to joining IL&FS he was responsible for structured leasing and hire purchase products, marketing and credit evaluation with erstwhile ICICI Limited
